A limited release microlot coffee showcasing Turkish Delight, Macadamia, and Sweet Lime tasting notes. Oscar Restreppois – a 3rd generation coffee grower – enhances the flavours by meticulously hand-picking ripe cherries at the optimal time for sweetness, then hand-sorting to remove any impurities. Through a process of hydro-selection, the cherries are immersed in water tanks after which pulping removes approx. 30% of the mucilage. The result? A luxurious, highly aromatic, Gesha that exudes intensity and softness. Exclusive 200 G Tin.
