A limited release, microlot from Jairo Arcila – an innovative, third-generation Colombian coffee producer. This new brew showcases a tatalasing mix of Cherry, Peach, and Cashew tasting notes. Arcila’s unique Natural Ice Fermentation process culminates with freezing the beans for 72 hours, prior to placing them on raised beds below 35 degrees to thaw and dry until the ideal moisture content is achieved. This processing method creates a unique flavour profile that has to be tasted to be believed.
