and we are lucky to have this special release filter.
This coffee goes through a complex natural process where
multiple steps of fermentation are carefully conducted.
- Ripe cherries are sorted and rested in tubs for 18 hours
- Aerobically fermented in bags for 70 hours
- Anaerobic fermented for 30 hours
- Submerged in controlled water temperature for 18 hours
- Dried on raised beds
